Day 16 – 21 May 2024<\/h2>\n\n

The trial resumed at 9:33 with the continuation of the court’s examination of defense witnesses.<\/p>\n\n

The court heard 4 witnesses, friends and relatives of the defendant Chortarias, including his wife. All testified as to his personality, without imparting any knowledge of the facts. <\/p>\n\n

Advocate Glykas for the Chortarias\u2019s defense, requested from the court to wait for one more witness for the defense, the Forensic Professor Ms. Spiliopoulou, who, however, did not appear. <\/p>\n\n

The court adjourned at 12:40 for the next hearing, May 27, 2024.<\/p>\n\n
