Day 18 – 30 May 2024<\/h2>\n\n

On the 18th day, the court heard the suggestion of the prosecutor, Stylianos Kostarellos, with his proposal on the guilt of the defendants.<\/p>\n\n

The prosecutor, combining the evidence from the forensic reports and reconstructing the facts from the testimony heard in court, proposed that both defendants be found guilty of causing deadly bodily harm, in the same way as they were found guilty by the court of first instance.<\/p>\n\n

The court adjourned for the next hearing, 4 June 2024, in room D4 on the ground floor, when the counsel for the support of the prosecution and the defense will present their closing arguments.<\/p>\n\n
