The court did not proceed further into the trial and adjourned until the next set date, as one of the defense attorneys declared to the Court that he was impeded to attend this trial because another trial was taking place at the same time.
The President of the Court called for the witnesses Nikolaos, Eleni and Efthymios Kostopoulos to be present to testify at the next hearing date, on 18 January 2024, and adjourned until then.
